We see homegroups as vital to fulfilling the purpose and the mission of the church.

The purpose of ACCC youth homegroup is to:

Exalt God -- Eph 5:19-20, Acts 2:46,John 15:1-8,Eph 6:18
Encourage Christians To Spiritual Maturity -- Jn 13:34-35, Col 3:12-14,1:28, 2 Tim 2:2, Rom 12:4-8
Equip Christians For Ministry -- Eph 4:11-16,1 Cor 12:4-31,1 Tim 3:1-13
Evangelize The Lost -- 1 Cor 9:22; Lu 15:1-32,2 Cor 5:14-21,Acts 8:4,14:21-23,1:8

The mission of the church is given in Matthew 28:19-20:

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

Our mission then, drawn from the Lord’s instruction, is to: (a) "make" mature followers of Christ, "disciples" who "obey everything [Jesus] commands"; and, (b) to make as many disciples as possible, i.e. "of all the nations".
